All photos, videos, graphics, text, audio, messages, and other materials on this website (“Content”) are owned by Ceri Cross or licensed exclusively to her. Content is protected by copyright, trademark (where applicable), and other intellectual property laws worldwide.

Personal license only

When you purchase or unlock Content, you receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable license for your personal, private viewing on this platform. You do not acquire ownership or any right to copy, sell, sublicense, or publicly perform the Content.

Zero tolerance — unauthorized use

Any unauthorized taking, downloading, screen-recording, scraping, leaking, reposting, redistribution, or commercial use of Ceri Cross's Content — in whole or in part — is strictly prohibited.

This includes (without limitation): sharing paid Content in group chats, forums, or social media; uploading to file-sharing or tube sites; reverse-engineering media URLs; using bots to harvest Content; or assisting others to do any of the above.

Violations will be met with immediate enforcement action, including but not limited to: account termination without refund, preservation of forensic logs, DMCA takedown notices, civil claims for damages and injunctive relief, and referral to law enforcement or payment partners where appropriate. Statutory damages and attorney fees may be pursued to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Reporting infringement

If you believe Content is being misused, or if you are a rights holder reporting infringement, contact with:

• URLs or locations of the unauthorized copy
• Description of the original Content
• Your contact information and good-faith statement

We respond to valid copyright notices promptly and may terminate repeat infringers.

Monitoring

Access to private media is logged for security and abuse prevention. Technical measures (including access controls and session validation) are used to protect Content. Attempting to bypass these controls is a violation of our Terms of Service and this policy.
