Payments — no refunds
All charges are final and non-refundable, as described in the Purchase Policy. By paying, you waive any right to refunds except where the law mandates otherwise.

Ceri Cross may modify offerings, pricing, or availability. Messages and support interactions do not create obligations beyond what is explicitly stated on the site or in writing.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations, fraud, piracy, or risk to the platform or creator, with or without refund as permitted by the Purchase Policy and law.

Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits or data. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the service is limited to the greater of (a) amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars, except where prohibited by law.
Governing law
